the 20th February, 1885.
The present registration does not in itself effect any transfer of the rights vested in the old firm to the new Company.
What it does is to register the trade-marks of the new Company in the name of the new Company.
There is, I think, no other kind of proceeding under the Colonial Registration (Trade Marks) Ordinance by which the new Company could further protect their rights unless they thought fit to apply to have the registration of the old Trade marks cancelled.
Such a course is open to the new Company if they think fit to adopt it, and if they do ...
