I think that Registration of Trade Marks may be granted. In an ordinary case where the trade marks here are new, the documents which have been properly furnished would be all that could be required; but inasmuch as it appears that there are already upon the Register Trade Marks of another firm (the same as the old firm), I think the present applicants should be desired to furnish an affidavit embodying every particular.
