Document No. 50 and as I have not thorough memoranda to show who actually did so, I would rather not make any remark as to the mistake except to point out that the person who extracted the figures for this table has added together the two items appearing in the Government Gazette of March 3/4, 1866, under the headings of "Special Receipts" and "Ordinance No. 12 of 1867.
