reported that Mr. Horspool discharged the duties of Acting Captain Superintendent during a portion of last
year
in a manner very satisfactory.
Mr Travers is strongly recommended by the Captain Superintendent and is well fitted in my opinion for the post by age, physical strength, health, and active habits.
Mr Somerset is strongly recommended by his Commanding Officer and by the Officer Commanding the Troops. The usual paper of particulars of the office is annexed.
