Report on Ordinance W. 24 of 1882.

I have examined the accompanying Ordinance being Ordinance entitled 'The Jurors and Juries Ordinance, 1882', and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.

This Ordinance effects certain changes in matters of detail in the law relating to the making of Jury lists and the summoning of Jurors, rendered necessary in consequence of the abolition of the office of Sheriff.

(signed) Edward L'O'Malley Attorney General 24th December 1882.
