Aaverting to the question of Police Pensions and Gracities I have the honour to report that as to the former I would suggest a limit of 15 instead of 10 years service, before a pension can be claimed 2. I would advice the commutation of all hension where the Medical Certificate is satisfactory and the hensioner desires it. I am not aispoved to suggest any alteration as to the bonuses, as in the
