draft any provision for the suppression of nuisances arising from

disorderly

brothels as in his opinion.

the existing law under which such cases are dealt with by the Polise Magistrates, is sufficient for that - purpose. Morcover under sectioned. and 26 of his draft Bill power is given to the Registrar General to cancel at his discretion the registration of brothel or to close unregistered
