The estimate of Mr. BELILIOS is altogether fallacious as he includes in the cost of the New Central School, the value of the premises on which the present School stands which will, I
be sold when the New School is built. In that case the value of the site presume, estimated by him at $85,000 should be deducted from, not added to the cost of New Central School.
