advances for
an increase of pay
the small amount of that
pay
is
which he is prohibited from increasing by private practice. He
has

promotion to look forward
to in this Colony, and the discontent which he feels regarding his position is therefore not unnatural. As Dr.
Warry claimed the right to private
practice
this point a few years ago might be clearly settled if Your Lordship should sanction an
increased
