The Law regulating
this subject is Ordinance 8 of 1879
section XXXVIII.
Junks
are therein
divided into two classes-Licensed
and Unlicensed. The owners of m Licensed junks have to furnish scurity and upon payment of an anual or monthly rate, are exempt from other changes except a monthly permit of 25 cents.
