One. Registration is now operative in United Kingdom,
Addresses of Australia, New Zealand, south Africa. registration authorities will be sent you as soon as they are known.
TWO. Propose that registration authorities communicate direct with you and your permission to enter would be authority to endorse or visa passport and arrange passage. Persons in foreign countries or British territories woula Understooû apply to you direct for permission to enter.
