The case against Major CECIL BOON, ..SC., may be summarised briefly as follows: It is alleged that:

1. On or about Dec. 16, 1942, at SHAMSHIR) P. Camp he made extreme pro-Jap remarks, supplied the enemy with propaganda material, and praised without justification their treatment of Ps/W.

Letter with some amendments was published in H.. Nors dated 20 oct. 44 under the heading *U.S. Officer's letter of protest".

During mid-September 1942 he subjected his fellow Ps/W to excessive, dangerous and harmful work, and deliberately fail or refused to exercise his authority to effect any improvement in working conditions, or to pass on protests to the Japanese.
