I spoke today in sense agreed with you to General Wu e-ahen about over-enthusiastic activities of Hongkong representatives of Kuomintang and Youth Corps. He undertook to instruat Sum to curb his transports and told me that he proposed in any case to send a new Kucsintang representative to Hongkong who was a British-returned student and would have instructions to cooperate fully with the Achinistration, I think he took my points and conversation was met cordial,
