Grid reference yards wide, bearing 23 degs. east to north. contre point 016099. site embraced in valley running north/ south and runway direction generally favourable for all seasonal winds, Sito includes paddyland but excellent material available adjacent to site to complete construction to V. H.B. standard without difficulty.

British air route policy in Far East not known here so that intensity of use and consequent airfield capacity difficult to assess but, having regard to economy and minimum disturbance

to civil community, strongly recommend single runway with adequate tax track and parking area.

3. Comprises 200 acres, of which 170 paddyland and 6 small villages to be removed. Technical site can be located clear of agricultural ground. Estimated timo to complete paved A.W. runway and essential services 20 wecks, assuming necessary requisitioning completed forthwith.
