(Central News) e learn that in general the recovery of Shanghai Municipality is proceeding satisfactorily. However, among the industrial and commercial enterprises there, there are quite a number formerly financed and managed by Allied or neutral nationals which have been forcibly occupied by enemy and puppets. in order to protect the lawful interests of Allied and neutral nationals, the Executive Yuan have instructed the Shanghai Lunicipality Recovery Commission after the recovery has been completed speedily) to investigate the original property rights, and to return them to their respective original owners to carry on business.
