Section, Supplies Department. Salary £800 a year.
Appointment in all cases on a temporary basis for period of one year, terminable at any time by three months' notice in writing or on payment of one month's salary in lieu.

date of leaving Chungking and during the period of Military Administration it would be necessary for them to be seconded for service under the War Office as civilians and in due course receive from that Department separate communication setting out special conditions of employment under Military Administration. When Military Administration ceases to function. they would revert to employment of civil administration and whole of service would be regarded as having been under civil administration.
Since pay during period of of service under War Office will be from funds of that Department, persons named should give authority, in duplicate, for payment of any allotment to dependants which should be sent to Colonial Office for transmission to War Office.
