I have the honour to inform Your Excellency that Mr. A.J. de Voogd has been instructed by the Netherlands Government to proceed to Hong Kong to watch over Netherlands interests there, pending the re-opening of the Netherlands Consulate-General in that part.
I have been instructed and have the honour to request that Mr. de Voogd be admitted
Mr. de Voogd in Hong Kong in the above capacity. is now at Kandy, Ceylon.
