Colonial Office would be grateful if you would arrange for Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank notes stored with Central Bank of China, Chungking, to the value of H.K.$100,000 to be withdrawn and handed to M. C. Duncan of Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank, Chungking.
2. Notes should be handed to above person by Embassy and not (repeat not) by Central Bank of China.
