a President Truman's telegria No. 6 to the Prime dinis-
ter.

If the ttecheu areft is approvod, we propose to telegraph at sace to Sir. Seymour at Chungking Elving him the text of paragraphs 2, 3 end 4 of the Prime Minister's telegram of August 10th and the first paragraph of President Truman's reply, and to add the following: "You should inform the Cenere- issino without delay that the necessary instruc- tions. tre being given to the British Service Authorities concerned"
