I am also disturbed and we now have a further B2 report from Ride giving the constitution of "Hong Kong Rehabilitation Committee" of six men under Reeves which includes one Leo D'Almada in whom Macdougall of the Colonial Office is understood to be interested. D'llmada has, we gather, agreed to undertake the journey out if required: the Colonial Office will have information on this. Other members are said to be Jack Braga (Portuguese) A El [gp. undec. Julli (Indian) W. C. Hung (Eurasian) and C.Y. Kwan (Chinese).

His Majesty's Consul acknowledged receipt of my telegram No.30 on April 17th.
