I wonder if you would very kindly arrange to have the attached telegram sent on our behalf to Mr. Sans on, c/o the China Relations Office, Calcuttu? Mr. Sunson is at present in India on matters connected with the Indian contingent of the Hong Kong police and you recently were good enough to send for us a telegram asking him to visit changking. This telegram has been approved by the Foreign Office.
