Situation in Hong Kong
Repeats Macao telegram No. 27 of 27th January. Refers to Macao telegram No. 22 to Foreign Office (K. W. 57|22). It appears very likely that all regulars and volunteers are being shipped out of Hong Kong. This tends to confirm rumours that the Japanese may leave the colony.
Concentrations southward are believed to herald suprise attack on Ceylon.
