Swiss Minister Tokyo reports he has made démarches to Gaimusho to obtain reciprocal treatment for British persons and property in Japan and occupied China but as it seems that Japanese administrators of property have no common policy Swiss Minister has requested Gaimusho to state their view before he makes démarches in particular cases.
