the above sense, however, we should be grateful for any observations which we may have from yourself, or Scott at the War Cffice, to whom, as well as to Price at the War Cabinet Office, I am sending a copy of this letter.
The Governor's telegram No. 1101 of 26th of September was repeated to Chungking as you will
have noticed, but I have not seen any comments
from His Majesty's Embassy on the local instructions given in Hong Kong for the closer control of inmigration,,
