body of LAU KWONG FUK, Chinese male, age 25, identified in my

presence by Inspector ROGERS and Sergeant ROTHWELL.

Internally on the skull, there was another fractured

fractured hole 1 & 4" on left side of the back of the head.

Intra-cranially, there was extensive bleeding - a foreign

metallic body was found between the skull and the covering

of the brain near the round fractured hole by the right temple,

Exhibit A. The covering of the brain was lacerated 1" in

diameter on the left side on the back of the head.

Y- letter laceration the brain was extensively

lacerated amongst which were small fragments of bone and a

jagged piece of metallic foreign body, Exhibit B. There was

no other disease, injury or fracture.

I came to the conclusion that the cause of death was

gunshot wounds of the head. Both Exhibits A & B were

contributory to the cause of death. The abrasions on

deceased's body were probably caused by barbed wire.
