of Dr. Ayres appointed by His Excellency the Governor to report their opinion to the Civil Hospital work. Copy of -- their report
is annexed. They found
that Dr.Wharry
was in an
state of health and
unable to
carry
indifferent
consequently
on unaided the
duties of Superintendent of the Civil Hospital. But they considered that
these duties were not excessive and
could be performed efficiently by Medical Officer in good health.
