Infringement of Hong Kong territory by Japane se aircraft.

Refers to Foreign Office letters of 18th May and 1st June (F 4538 and F 4911/4161/10). As British Consul- General at Canton has already protested about infringements reported therein a further protest by His Majesty's Ambassador at Tokyo seems unnecessary. Refers also to Foreign Office and Colonial Office letter of 9th June (F 5470 and F 5609/4161/10) regarding Received 15th June, 1939. alleged use by Chinese of Kai Tak aerodrome.
