Infringement of Hong Kong territory by Japanese Registry 4627/4161/10. aircraft.

Refers to Colonial Office letter of 2nd May (F 4161/4161/10). Transmits copy Hong Kong telegram No. 149 of 10th May repeating Hong Kong telegram to Canton No. 55 (repeated Shanghai No. 60, Tokyo No. 44). Further infringements took place on 8th May and 9th May near Tai O on west shore of Lantau Island. In both cases visibility was excellent. There can be no doubt that aircraft were Japanese.
