to a fine of two hundred and fifty dollars and to imprisonment for any term not exceeding six months.
14. Any order, summons, subpoena, notice or other document issued for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this ordinance may be served either by being delivered personally to the person to whom it ia addressed or by leaving it with some adult at such person's last known residence or place of business or by sending it by registered post to such person at his last known residence or place of business.
15. The forms in the schedule may be used with such variations as the circumstances may require.

16. The Governor may at any time by notification in the Gazette disband the reserve, or any group thereof, without prejudice to its re-establishment in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
