Co-operative industry in China.

The destruct on of China's industrial centres on the eastern coast has driven a vast population inland to the west. They are going to a territory with vast undeveloped resources, and a scheme of co-operative units has been established. The products of the new industries will be available for export through Burna and Russia, and the trade promoted will form the foundations of resistance to the Japanese.
