The Secretary to the Board of Trade presents his compliments

to the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and transmits

herewith, by direction of the Board, a copy of an application for

a licence under the Arms Export Prohibition Order, 1931, to export

certain articles to the destination stated. The Board will be

glad to learn whether the Secretary of State sees any objection to

the issue of a licence on this application.
