I have received your despatch No.564 (9/920/1939) of the 23rd June forwarding a signed

copy of urgent King's Regulations entitled "The Shameen Land Regulations (Amendment) Regulations,

1959". I approve the issue of these Regulations

and transmit to you herewith 150 printed conies in

which you will see that the slight error of drafting in Article 6B (1) has been corrected.

2. 250 copies for sale are being sent to His

Majesty's Judge of the Supreme Court at Shanghai.

These should be placed on sale at the usual price.
