1. The 1975 statistics from Hong Kong are somewhat behind the times as our records show that we are well into the five hundreds with applications that have been approved here.

While I accept, if only for presentational purposes, that the numbers of persons in Hong Kong should show a downward trend. I cannot forget that with some 4,200,000 residents in the Colony natural reproduction provides us with some 80,000 additional CUKCS each year. I wonder if the illusion is worth justifying?
