On the 13th December the Hong Kong Reform Club held their Annual General Meeting at the Ying Hing Restaurant. Some 1,000 persons attended and the Club Chairman, lir. Bernacha presided. In his speech,
he made reference to a recent discussion with Mr. Denis Healey, M.F.,
