Legislative Council Appointments.
1. Tang, Fung, Woo, Tse and Watson all accept appointment. Formal despatch will follow at once, but meanwhile grateful for authority to announce provisional appointments as soon as you can give it, presuming Her Majesty's pleasure cannot be notified before 30th June.
2. Grateful also for decision on Ross, Gordon, Sedgwick and Holmes (my despatches 1521 and 1566).
