31. Page 75 (A), paragraph 8.-The selected individuals placed at the disposal of the Intelligence Officer by the Superintendant of Police, should be termed Assistants. A similar alteration should be made on p. 27 (E), paragraph 8.

32. Pages 76 and 77 (B).-It is thought that the Proclamation to be issued on outbreak of war might be somewhat differently worded so as to be less likely to offend the susceptibilities of a population whose loyalty there appears to be no reason to question. The final paragraph on page 76 by which they are practically debarred from combatant work in connection with the defence of their island might be amended so that this should not be implied.
