Page 15, Sub-section No. 1. The artillery do not agree in number with other portions of the Scheme. No mention is made of the infantry detailed on p. 51 to act as artillery.

Page 15, Sub-section No. 6. Head-quarters are said to be at Fort Ogilvie, but according to p. 11 they are at Cambridge Battery.

Page 21, eighth case. The two armed barges have been removed from the orders to C.R.A., p. 50, and the mention of them here should be struck out.

Page 25, paragraph 6. The S.O.S.O. is ordered on p. 86 to purchase the tools mentioned in this paragraph.

Page 26. The number of civil auxiliaries does not agree with the numbers given on p. 107, nor, in several cases, with the numbers given in Chapter III.

Page 49 (E), paragraph 6. The infantry required to man guns are not mentioned in the orders to Officer Commanding Regular Battalion, and this officer has not been told how he is to arm and equip the Army Reserve men to be attached to his battalion.

Page 76, Signalling. The precautions taken to protect existing lines should be explained.

Page 97, Table (B). The number of vehicles for R.E. should be twelve (see p. 41). The weights to be carried differ from those given on p. 39.

Page 86. No steps have been taken in the Scheme to protect the magazines holding filled shell, &c., for the navy.

Page 99, Section I. The orders with regard to ammunition for the Militia do not agree with observation 5, p. 87.
