The Colonial Defence Committee recommend that their remarks should be forwarded for the consideration of the Local Defence Committee. They consider that the views they have expressed may be of some assistance to the Colony in the regulation of their defences. With the exceptions above noticed, the Committee cordially agree with the recommendation made in the Report submitted to them.
