(e) Every effort should be made to speed up the production of additional
arms for the "Backers-up."
(f) The War Office and the Commander-in-Chief, Home Forces, should jointly give as much assistance as is within their power towards the provision of instructors for training both the personnel of the Corps and the "Backers-up" at aerodromes.
