Paragraphs 10 and 11 of the attached directive have been revised as proposed by the Commander-in-Chief designate Far East. The amendments have been approved by the Chiefs of Staff.
It is requested that the revised directive be substituted for the former version, C.0.S.(40) 839 dated 18th October which should be returned to this Office.
