Note by the Joint Planning Sub-Committee submitting a draft telegram to the Chiefs of Staff.

The Chiefs of Staff recommended that the policy agreed upon for preventing French equipment from falling into enemy hands and for encouraging any elements we can to join our own forces should be communicated to all British Missions and Liaison Officers.

We accordingly submit for the approval of the Chiefs of Staff a draft Telegram.
