that they would like to be able to inform Parliament at the same time that the Governments of the Dominions concerned are also in agreement:
(c) That the version of the Report that had been prepared with a view to publication should be circulated to the Gabinet for formal approval before it is presented to Parlia ment as a White Paper, and that
publication should not take place until the replies of the Dominion Governments have been received:
(a) That the Postmaster-General should
do his utmost, in consultation with the Treasury, to make the necessary arrangements regarding the staff
at present employed on services to be transferred to the new Company before the Report ps discussed in Parliament:
(e) To congratulate the Secretary of
State for Scotland on the successful issue of his difficult Inquiry.
