4. He will arrange with the C.O.0. to issue the distinguishing arm badges, &c., for the Coolie Corps.

5. The Inspector of Army Schools, the schoolmaster, and the instructor of gymnasia will at once report themselves to the O.C.A.S.C. as assistants to carry out any orders necessary in connection with the Army Service Corps duties.

6. He will arrange with the D.A.A.G. (B) as to the necessary Coolie Corps quarters, storehouses for reserve supplies, &c.

7. He will issue to the Officers Commanding Sections daily the necessary rations. for each Section.
