NOTES.

1. Sanitary services for troops performed under contract wherever bucket system is authorised.

2. Indian regiments provide their own water carriers and dholy bearers (followers).

3. Mules for movable armament guns will be supplied by Officer i/c Transport, Mainland Section, to the O.C., No. 2 Company, H.K.S.B., R.G.A., at precautionary stage, supplemented by hired ponies, if possible, to a total of 55 animals.
