TRAFFIC REGULATIONS IN WAR TIME.

CHAPTER VII (L),

Hong Kong, October 11, 1909.

1. The following arrangements for the regulation of traffic at Hong Kong when necessary in time of war, or in anticipation of war, have been agreed upon by the Admiral Commander-in-Chief on the China Station and the General Officer Commanding in Hong Kong, and will be put in force by the authority of His Excellency the Governor on the recommendation of the Senior Naval Officer.

2. When orders have been given for the examination service to be carried out, the directions contained therein are to be strictly complied with by all concerned.
