Chinese messengers-
Headquarter Office Whitfield Barracks

The Chinese messengers are provided at Headquarter and Whitfield Barrack Offices by the O.C.A.S.C. At
all other offices Section or other Commanding Officers must arrange for orderlies.
Lights and tents (where buildings do not exist) are provided by Section (or other) Commanders. Stationery is provided by O. i/c Telephones.
