1. Area. This section extends from a line drawn east and west across the Hai- wan Hill to Gin Drinkers' Bay, and comprises the whole of the Kowloon Peninsula, both north and south, between these two limits.

2. Composition.-The following forts are situated in this section:----

North Point Battery, on the island of Hong Kong, armed with 2-9-in. R.M.L., is also included in this section.
