but I find on reference to Dr Stewart that after the definite instructions conveyed in letter No.7410 of the 29th June, 1880, to the Chief Justice, Dr. Stewart considered that
all direct communication with Mr Gibbons

it did cease accordingly

Gibbons suspension when he, Drin Stewart, addressed him personally by direction of the Governor in
Conneil.
