Bill to amend the Penal Code.

HEREAS it is expedient to amend the Penal Code and to make better provision by law for the protection of females brought into the Colony for immoral purposes;

It is hereby enacted by the Governor of the Straits Settle- ments, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:---

1. After section 373 of the Penal Code, the following sections Section 373, shall be inserted :----
