dissatisfied with the long delay which from one cause or another has been permitted in connection with the subject of the Central School Commission, which practically has been allowed to drop.
I am not satisfied with the explanation; I fail to find an explanation for a Commission which is appointed by Government should be required by the Government to complete its work within a reasonable time, and sufficient cause or explanation of why the matter has been practically allowed to drop.
In that sense, the meetings and proceedings of such a Commission are distinctly under Executive Control.
I must now request you to take such steps in the matter as shall be best calculated to bring the matter to an issue without further delay.
